Do you remember, my friend and I went with my grand parents to wellington to see the wearable arts!? Well it was amazing, not only was the show spectacular, but the experience was awesome. We loved all the old buildings. In addition to the show we took a ride on the cable cars, a tour of parliament and a shortest trip to Te Pappa, all in less than 2 days. I didn't bring my camera, but I wish I had!
The show was awesome, we were far at the back, but in the middle, so we had a pretty good view of what was going on, we also had a programme, great to admire the costumes after the show was over.
It was hard to know where to look, the dancers were amazing as well as the art! There were these two trapeze girls, who at one point were hanging on each other by only the toes of one girls foot (if you can understand what I mean). There were confetti canons at the end, it didn't showers on us because we were at the back, but one special silver piece drifted over to us. We were able to snatch some up from the floor after, very important!
I've been online and managed to find some good pick of some costumes, take a look! (click to make them bigger)
